An introductory course to פרשנות בסיסית/Parashnowth Basiysiyth (Fundamental Hermeneutics). “Hermeneutics” is defined as: “…the discovery, understanding, and use of those linguistic and literary principles/rules of interpretation which should be followed when one seeks to comprehend a body of literature, such as the Bible. Through this presentation, one can expect to achieve a basic but thorough understanding of the principles necessary to accurately interpret Biblical text.
